Shoes Return & Exchange Policy

 1.  Terms of return & exchange:

 • Product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

 • The shoe must be unaltered, unused and in original condition.

 • The original box, tag and invoice must be attached to the shoes.

 • Returns/Exchanges only for defective products or wrong size.

 2.  Returns/Exchanges are not acceptable in the following cases:

 • If the shoes are used, dirty or damaged.

 • In case of products purchased on special offers or discounts (special policies apply).

 • In case of customized or specially ordered products.
